Vivo is making a habit of releasing other designs. The Chinese company showed Apex in February, in which a design was disclosed with 98% screen-to-body ratio and in-display fingerprint technology. Vivo is now hitting things up a notch with Apex 2019.

Vivo announced Apex 2019 at a press conference in Beijing, and it is safe to say that the phone today is in contrast to any other in the market. No one anywhere on the device, and Vivo also got rid of the USB port and replaced it with a magnetic connector behind the magnifier, so that you can charge the device and transfer data.

The end result is that Apex is a slab of glass and metal with 2019 rounded edges and a flowing design. Virtually there are no Bezels on the front, and Vivo has got rid of the front camera completely. On the hardware front, the device is powered by the 5G-enabled and Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855 platform, as well as 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Vivo says that he used a duplex PCB design to free up space for 5G modules.

As no one is opening or opposing, the camera on the rear flushes with the body of the device, and there are no physical power or volume buttons too. Vivo is reliant on calling Touch Sense Technology instead, which is a combination of capacitive touch and pressure sensing, along with "carefully designed programming logic and software" to translate touch input on the edges of the frame uses it.
