Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is fully prepared to
launch the next Note Series smartphone - Redmi Note 7. With the budget smartphone, the company is also expected to launch Pro Variants.
Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 7 in China last month. The company announced during its event that Redmi would be a sub-brand of the company, just like Poco, and this budget will focus on smartphone devices. While we have all the specification of Redmi Note 7, the price is still unknown. Note 7 has a 6.3-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 7 has Snapdragon 660 SOC with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB onboard storage, up to 256 GB up to MicroSD.
Note 7 has a dual camera setup that includes 48 MP f / 1.8and 5 MP sensors. According to a Leaks of Tipster Ishan Agarwal, Indian version of Radmi Note 7 can not be 48 MP sensors like the Chinese version. Instead, 48 MP sensors will be available in the Pro version of Radmi Note 7.
Note 7 will have 13 MP front camera inside the water-drop style note. Speaking of battery backup, the device will have a 4,000mAh Li-ion battery and it will support quick-charging. The device has many connectivity options, which include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, Type-C port, Bluetooth and GPS
price of the device will be around Rs. 10,500 for the 3 GB 32 GB variant and it will be available in Black, Blue and Red color options in India.
According to Agarwal, Xiaomi will also release the Redmi Note 7 variant. Xiaomi has not disclosed any specification of the device. But Agrawal said that the design would be like the standard variant of Note 7, which means that it will have a 6.3 inch full HD screen, which will have Gorilla Glass 5 at the top. According to Tipster, the sales point of the device will be 48 MP F / 1.8 sensors on the back with 5 MP depth sensor.
Apart from this, Agarwal said that the Redmi Note 7 Pro has Snapdragon 675 SoC on Snapdragon 660 instead of Snapdragon 660 and it will be connected with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. However, Redmi's CEO Lou Weibing confirmed that the smartphone will launch in the 6GB 128GB variant. price of the phone is expected to be around Rs. 15,000 and it will be available in Black, Gradient Blue and Gradient Red Color options. The two devices will be launched at an event organized today at 11.30 IST in New Delhi. The company will also stream live through its official YouTube channel and website launch.
