Cubs Opening Day 2019:12-4 Opening Day victory


The youngster started his 2019 season with a 12-4 victory over the Rangers on Opening Day. John Lester played six solid innings with four hits and two runs to win the opening day appearance of his eighth career.

Zavi Badge kept a good time with two domestic runs a year ago, in which the innings of three runs in the fifth innings of 6 runs was included. Chris Bryant also hit his first home run of the season, and Anthony Rizzo performed on four of his five plates.
