By Thursday, Skype's video and audio calls can support up to 50 people. In a blog post, the company said that the new feature is available on the latest version of Skype.

"We added a notification to change the ringing as the default, allowing each member of the group to get quick pings to join the call," said Skype. "These notifications are a simple, unobtrusive way to start your calls and meetings (between family, friends, podcasts, guests or colleagues)."
Skype said that individual members can ring in call session or if the group is less than 25 people, then you can ring the whole group at once.
Microsoft last month tested large call sessions with its Insider Preview group. Earlier, Skype's video and audio call only supported 25 users at a time.
