Hyundai is going to New Car launch its new generation i10 i.e. Grandi i10 Nios tomorrow i.e. on 20 August. The company will sell the Grand i10 Nios along with the Grand i10 in India and we hope that the company can position it between the Santro and the Grand i10. At the same time, we hope that the company can take it with the BS6 engine. Hyundai has started booking its hatchback and we have a lot of information available about its colors, engine and transmission options. The company can keep its initial price of Rs 5 lakh, which can go up to Rs 7 lakh top-end diesel model.
Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will be given 1.2 liter Kappa petrol and 1.2 liter CRDi diesel engine. However, no information is currently available about the power output. It is believed that the company will tune its power. Both engines will be equipped with 5-speed manual and automatic manual transmission (AMT). The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Petrol AMT will be available in two trims - Magna and Sportz. Whereas, its diesel AMT will be given in Sportz trim.
The new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will be launched in about 10 variants and the carmaker will offer 7 variants in the petrol version and 3 variants in the diesel version. The base model will be Era followed by Magna, Sportz and Top Range Asta. The Sportz Petrol will get dual-tone trim. While Hyundai says that most of the demand will be more petrol than diesel, due to which there are different variants of petrol variants.
