According to the circular, a change of name, address, email ID, gender, mobile number will cost 50 rupees. Earlier, there was a charge of Rs 25 for this. It includes all types of taxes.

In addition, if you make changes in photographs, fingerprints and iris, you will also have to pay a charge of Rs 50.

- If a person visits the UIDAI website and makes any change in the Aadhaar card, then there is no charge for this. But if you go to the Aadhaar Center and update then you will have to pay a fee.

- Reprint of Aadhar card from UIDAI website will also have to pay a fee of Rs 50. This includes card print, speed post expenses and GST. These charges can also be filled online. These payments can be deposited online through net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI.

- For the first time enrollment of Aadhaar will not be charged any fee. If a child is between 5 years to 15 years of age and his biometric update occurs, then there will be no charge.
