Mohali • Indian Premier League: A new program has been started for newly created voters under the SWEP program on behalf of District Administration SAS Nagar. Under this program, 100 voters will be given gifts during the IPL matches played in the PCA stadium in April and May.


Giving this information, DC-cum-District Election Officer Gurpreet Kaur Sapra said that new 100 voters will be given coffee mugs before first come first. Stalls will be made at three Gate No. 3 and 4, 5 and 6 and Gate No. 14 of the stadium on the day of the match.

These stalls will be able to get a glimpse of the photo voter identification card from the newly created voters. He said that the voters will be made aware about the use of voting machines to make the voters aware of the votes.
He said that the young boys, 10 girls and 10 Divya Voters who will vote will be given free of cost to IPL matches.
