In a WHBQ-TV report a person was found dead in the store and another was found dead in the parking lot. The suspect was taken to Memphis Hospital. His condition was not reported.
Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto told Watan-TV that the officer was killed in his bulletproof vest and was not seriously injured.
