Step 1: National Scholarship Portal Registration

  • All new users have to visit the home page of the National Scholarship Portal to register.

Step 3: Change Password (a mandatory step)

  • On successful login, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • Verify OTP.
  • You will be directed to change the password page.
  • Change password and continue.


Step 4: Enter Dashboard and complete the application

  • After changing the password, you will be directed to the applicant's dashboard page.
  • Click on 'Application Form' to start the application.
  • Fill all the registration details, educational details and basic details.

  • Click 'Save as draft' (to confirm if you have entered the correct information)

Note: Finally submitted applications cannot be edited again. Therefore, while clicking on the final submit, applicants are advised to ensure that no change in information will be made after the last entry.

SJE is a state level scholarship portal for the students of Rajasthan state. This allows you to apply for a scholarship offered by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department of the state government. Scholarships available on the SJE portal are applicable for SC, ST, EBC, OBC, DNT and SBC category students. If you meet the eligibility criteria for these scholarships, you can apply for them online by following the steps given below -

Step 1 - Registration with SJE

  • Go to the official website.
  • Click on "New Scholarship Portal".
  • Click on the "Sign-up / Register" button.
  • You will be redirected to the Rajasthan Single Sign-On page. Click on the "Citizens" tab.
  • Select one of the options to start registration - Bhamashah, Aadhaar, Facebook, Google+ or Twitter.
  • Continue to register through your respective chosen option.
  • Create and register your SSOID and password.


Step 2 - Login to your SJE account

  • Go to the sign-in page of Rajasthan Single Sign-On.
  • Log in using your SSOID (digital identity) and password.


Step 3 - Applying for scholarship

  • Once you are logged in, you will need to update your profile by filling all the necessary information.
  • The moment you update your information, you will be directed to the user dashboard which will have various digital options for you.
  • Select the "Scholarship" option to enter the scholarship application.
  • A dialog box will ask - "How would you like to register yourself?" Click "Students" and proceed to the scholarship application.
  • Fill all the required information and upload supporting documents.
  • Finally, submit the application.
  • Note: After following best practices, please confirm that you have entered the correct information before applying.


Note: Make sure you update your Bhamashah ID to apply for the scholarship. Otherwise, the scholarship form will not open.

Step 1: Registration with Oasis Scholarship

  • Go to the official website.
  • Click "Student Registration" in the students corner.
  • Select the district where your institution is based.
  • A page will appear for verification of caste certificate. Fill all the details and click submit.
  • Once the caste certificate is verified you will be directed to the online registration page. Now, fill all the mandatory fields and click submit.

Step 2: Login Oasis to complete the application

  • After you are successfully registered, you can download your permanent user ID / application number and password through the "Download information / acknowledgment slip" button.
  • Click on the "Login Now" button using your application number / user ID and password.
  • After logging in, you have to fill your details and bank information carefully
  • Click on 'Save and Proceed'.

Step 3: Verify and lock Oasis application
Once you filled all your information in the application form. You can click on the "Verify and Lock" button to lock all the filled information. Note: Once you lock the filled information, you cannot make any further changes. Therefore, make sure that you have entered the correct information in the application form.

Step 4: Print the application
After successful locking of the application form, click on "Download Application" button to get the computer generated copy filled in the scholarship application form.

Step 5: Submit Printed Application
Submit a printed copy of the scholarship form duly filled along with copies of all supporting documents to the PO cum DWO for the block area for their respective BDO (Block Development Officer) or Municipal Corporation.
