J&K:  Jammu and Kashmir Jawans broken in terror, four killed in encounter
During the last 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir, security forces in the Shopian and Baramulla districts piled up four terrorists in the encounter.

In an encounter between militants and security forces on Saturday in Malmanpora area under Sopore in Baramulla district, the security forces killed two militants while an army soldier was also injured. The injured jawans are continuing treatment in the military hospital.
Both the terrorists are related to Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist organization. However, the two slain terrorists have not been identified yet. The security forces have also recovered arms and ammunition along with the bodies of the terrorists. A search operation is currently being carried out in the area by the security forces.

Earlier, a joint team of security forces started a search operation by sieging the entire area after strong information about the presence of militants in Pandushan villages of Shopian district late on Friday night. In the encounter that started during the search operation, security forces had pelted a terrorist on Friday, while two army personnel were injured during the encounter.

The injured jawans were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where the seriously injured jawan Ramveer succumbed during treatment while the other injured jawan is undergoing treatment at the hospital. On Saturday, the security forces have also killed the other terrorists hiding in the area.
The terrorist, who was killed late on Friday night, has been identified as Zeenat-ul-Islam of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization, while the slain terrorist on Saturday has been identified as Manjur Ahmed Bhat resident of Hizbul Mujahideen.

Pakistani intruder arrested on Ferozepur border

The Border Security Force (BSF) has succeeded in arresting a Pakistani intruder. He was nabbed from Mamadot area of ​​Ferozepur on the India-Pakistan border on Saturday. Intelligence agencies and officers of the force have handed over the captured Pakistani nation to the local police after interrogation.

According to local police officials, BSF troops of 118 battalions were patrolling the border on Saturday. In the meantime, the person who entered the Indian territory from Pakistan, was arrested in the custody of the BOP Gate No. 215/6 by the force jawans. Intruder has been identified as Yakub, a resident of District Toba Tek Singh (Pakistan). Four Visiting Cards, two Muslim caps and some other documents have been recovered in the search.
